This course will review the available locoregional blocks and their techniques for a variety of common procedures. Technique, equipment, anatomy, and pharmacology will all be discussed with the goal of adding local blocks to the attendee's arsenal of available analgesic and MAC sparing strategies.
This lecture will consist of a review of the management of acute and chronic diarrhea from an evidence-based approach. The discussion includes an analysis of the common tests and a simple algorithm for treatment.
