Michael James, MHA, RVT, LVT, PHR
Michael James has been a credentialed veterinary technician since 2011. He has worked in general practice, emergency, and specialty anesthesia settings, as well as an academic instructor, in addition to holding several clinical leadership roles. Michael has a master's degree in Health Administration. In 2016, he completed the Frank Communication Workshop at Colorado State University, and in 2017, he was certified as a Master Trainer for Team Strategies & Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) through the American Hospital Association. Michael currently works as the Sr. Learning and Development Manager for Modern Animal, where he oversees the training programs for doctors and support staff.
